U.S. Made By Choice
Since 2007, when we sold our very first wheel, ENVE has been steadfast in our commitment to U.S. manufacturing. Unlike many cycling brands that focus solely on design and marketing, we pride ourselves on truly handcrafted production. Our core products are developed and built at our expansive, 80,000-square-foot headquarters in Ogden, Utah—a commitment that underpins the superior quality and performance our customers expect.
This is why U.S.-made matters.
Faster Innovation
By keeping every stage of the process—from concept to production—under one roof, we turn ideas into reality with remarkable speed. Cutting molds for new concepts takes days instead of months, and adjustments to laminates are made in real time. This complete control over our production means we can rapidly refine prototypes and iterate on designs, bringing a new product to market with dozens, sometimes even hundreds, of rapid improvements.

Dynamic Manufacturing
Owning our manufacturing process gives us the agility to build products on demand rather than relying on large inventories. This approach not only minimizes waste but also enables us to offer a broad selection of options—from diverse rim models to our one-piece handlebar sizing range and Custom Road program. Without in-house production and a build-to-order model, providing such a tailor-made experience would be unthinkable. We strive to deliver the perfect product for every customer, and this dynamic approach is key to that promise.

Beyond Cost Reduction
While outsourcing might reduce costs on paper, it wouldn’t match the quality and innovation we achieve when every detail is carefully controlled. The carbon manufacturing process is intricate and demanding: a new lay-up technician at ENVE undergoes six months of intensive training before certification, ensuring that every carbon rim is produced to exacting standards refined over nearly two decades. This craftsmanship is critical, especially when we partner with elite teams like UAE Team Emirates-XRG, the number one team on the World Tour. Our vertically integrated process not only fuels our relentless R&D but also safeguards our proprietary patents and technologies, ensuring that the ENVE ride experience remains unique.
Although not every product bearing the ENVE logo is manufactured in the U.S., we proudly produce rims, one-piece handlebars, and Custom Road bikes in Ogden, Utah. It isn’t the location alone that creates a superior product—it’s the innovative, meticulous process we’ve built that makes all the difference.
