WHAT IS IT?

A lightweight, user-friendly full carbon seatpost

WHO IS IT FOR?

Road, gravel, cyclocross, and mountain bike racers and enthusiasts

WHY DID WE MAKE IT?

A seat post should be installed, easily adjusted and perform, period. For this reason we made one of our own. Lightweight, easily adjusted, strong and comfortable the ENVE Seatpost is equally at home on the trail as it is on the road.

The ENVE Seatpost uses a unique patent-pending twin bolt design making on the fly angle adjustments a breeze and ensuring that your saddle remains secured just where you want it. The horizontally opposed bolt and wedge design allows for easy access to the hardware and mechanically locks the saddle in the rider’s desired position. Adjusting the saddle position is achieved by tightening and loosening the bolt to compress or decompress the wedges and in effect raising and lowering the nose of the saddle. A range of angle adjustment between 0 and 27 degrees means that riders can achieve proper saddle angle on bikes ranging from road to downhill applications. Like all ENVE components, the seatpost is molded in one-piece from uni-directional carbon fiber to achieve lightweight, comfort, strength, and stiffness. Each seatpost is delivered with two upper rail cradles. One craddle accomodates standard round rail saddles while the other cradle may be used with oversize saddle rails. Seatpost cradles and wedges are made from cold-forged aluminum while the bolts are made of stainless steel for long term performance and reliability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth After shelling out big bucks on some nice ti seatposts, I tried out the Enve seatpost. Noticing the smoother ride, I have now shelled out even more money to put the Enve seatpost on 3 of my 4 bikes... and the 4th bike is only a matter of time. I wouldn't go so far as to say that this post feels like suspension, but it definitely takes the edge off of the bumps and chatter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unnecessarily complicated This came on my new bike. I thought I was getting a superior product, so I was pleased. As time went by I realized that every adjustment I made (with proper torque wrench) was soon eradicated by the failure of the clamp system to keep things secure. I would like to know the secret that the other reviewers seem to posses. After every ride, I am out of adjustment. I took it apart to see what could be done and I was amazed to see how many pieces it took to keep a seat in place )and level) Way too complicated for what is basically a very simple function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep it simple A seatpost is something you should be able to forget about it once it's set. The Enve post allows you to do just that. I use a little carbon paste on the shaft and on the seat rails as well as grease on the wedges and bolt threads. I check the torque after the first few rides then only before races. It never slips or creaks and my Di2 battery snuggles in perfectly. It's nice to have one part on my bike that is 100% trustworthy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful design - great upgrade. I got the 25.4mm model as a replacement to the house brand post on my Cannondale SuperX. The existing post was functional but in my opinion did not match the fluid lines of the oversize cross frame. Attaching the saddle was a little fiddly but very doable. Setting and adjusting angle was easy and due to the design, the rider's weight does not act directly on the binder bolts - leading me to believe that this post will be very resistant to creaking. The post was a big make-over for the rear end of my bike, it's now a perfect build in my opinion, plus it feels very smooth to ride on, is very light and doesn't creak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Very easy to install and adjust - 600 miles so far and no issues (considering I'm a heavy rider)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Adjust I hate most carbon seatposts. They are uniformly difficult to adjust. This post weighs the same as any other and costs about the same. But it is so simple to adjust. You can do it during a ride with a multi tool. So good I got another for my other bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the new post Honestly I loved the old post too but this one is even better. Blacked out stealth look is killer and the new saddle rail clamp is money. Once you get it set it won't slip and stays where you need it. It's super easy to set up too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to setup and no slip The new 2 bolt clamp system is awesome, I've never had it slip on me or move while racing. And it was really easy to install and setup. Not to mention it looks really good...no matter the bike!
