Alexey Vermeulen Debuts “Willie the Wiener” MOG at Unbound
Meet the Sir Willie Edition MOG by ENVE Paint Lab. Making its debut at Unbound, custom-painted MOG celebrates Alexey Vermeulen’s riding companion, Willie the Wiener.
The design process started with Willie’s unmistakable snoot wrapping around both sides of the head tube, then evolved through multiple mock-ups until the perfect placement on the stem locked in. To tie the whole bike together, the Paint Lab designers paint-matched the bottom of the bike to Alexey’s kit colors.
The finishing touch? Wolf Tooth delivered a laser-etched Willie on the chainring so the theme carries all the way to the pedals.
“This frame is all about Willie and the ENVE Paint Lab absolutely knocked it out of the park,” says Alexey. “It’s always special when you see a bike come together after seeing it mocked up on a screen."
Of course, the bike isn’t just art—it’s built to take on the Unbound 200.
