Out of appreciation for the craftsmen of the bicycle industry, ENVE’s own graphic designer reached out to Mosaic cycles to help him build a versatile gravel machine. Mosaic’s GT-1 platform allowed Jonny to piece together a bike capable of hanging during the weekday lunch road-rides, yet still explore the local gravel rides of Utah on the weekends.

“There’s so many important details in any hand-made process. I truly appreciate the craft and expertise. Mosaic allowed me to incorporate my own styles and details on top of theirs – it was a great collaboration, and it’s an even better experience to ride.”

Equipped with the adaptable ENVE 4.5 AR wheelset, the GT-1, with clearance for 38mm tires and disc brakes, becomes a bike that’s suitable year-round, on any surface. Hintze’s own color choices and creative directing expertise made for a simple design that beautifully incorporates the Chris King accent hub and headset colors.

“While I don’t race any more, I still love to jump into our spirited lunch rides. Similarly, I really enjoy exploring the gravel roads up Bountiful Peak or Farmington Canyon. My bike is at home in either situation.”
