Als sich alle vom Gabel-Ersatzteilmarkt abwandten, konzentrierten wir uns darauf, die bestmögliche Gabel für den Ersatzteilmarkt zu entwickeln. Getreu unserem Motto der funktionalen Einfachheit entwickelten wir ein Herstellungsverfahren, bei dem die Fasern einer ENVE-Gabel durchgehend vom oberen Ende des Gabelschafts bis zum unteren Ende der Ausfallenden verlaufen. Die ENVE-Gabeln sind einteilig und hohl, ohne Kleben oder Bohren. Zusätzlich ist das Loch für die Bremsschraube in die Gabelkrone eingegossen, was zusätzliches Gewicht spart und für mehr Stabilität sorgt. Sie können eine ENVE-Gabel buchstäblich innerhalb weniger Minuten nach dem Verlassen der Form an einem Fahrrad montieren. Obwohl diese Konstruktionsweise neuartig ist, liegt der eigentliche Vorteil darin, dass sich die Mehrheit der Rahmenbauer und Kunden aufgrund ihrer zuverlässigen Fahreigenschaften und ihres Handlings für die ENVE als Gabel ihrer Wahl entscheidet.
