Robin Goomes Wins Rampage on the M9 Pro

The 2024 Red Bull Rampage was one for the books. New Zealand native Robin Goomes has cemented herself in history as the first winner of the women’s category, taking it by a wide margin. She crafted her own unique line down the mountain which featured steep, out of control chutes, two backflips, and a massive drop. Her fluidity was evident from top to bottom.

“Honestly as soon as the moment arrived, I was so stoked. I was like, this isn’t real, this is sick.” -Robin Goomes

Robin piloted a Yeti SB165 sporting a very special wheelset from ENVE: a 27.5”/26” M9 Pro mini-mullet setup, an athlete-only version of the new M Series wheels released last week. The rims are laced to ENVE’s Innerdrive hubs, which feature an oversized ratchet system. Her special build was painted with a Barbie theme, and accented with custom rim decals to match. BRENDAN “BRENDOG” FAIRCLOUGH’S LEGENDARY LAP

Rampage veteran Brendan Fairclough revisited his 2019 line, while making it even more hectic with new chutes and increased difficulty. He paid respects to the late Jordie Lunn by building a line Jordie had started but never finished, one that many thought wouldn’t be rideable when Jordie started it. Brendan won the Trailblazer award, recognizing his drive for creating something completely unique and special.

The custom paint on Brendan's Scott Gambler is based on a custom-painted Porsche race car he spotted at Goodwood Festival of Speed. With color matched rim decals, the whole bike comes together top to bottom. It features the all new M Series M9 Pro front and rear rims with Innerdrive hubs, in a 29/27.5” mullet setup.
