Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and promoted by ENVE Composites.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, countries within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must sign up for the Sponsor’s email list at  Zwift x ENVE Giveaway page. Limit one entry per person/email address. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 30th, 2025 at 12:00am Mountain Time and ends on October 9th, 2025 at 11:59pm Mountain Time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. Prize(s)

The prize consists of a one (1x) ENVE 4.5 PRO wheelset, front and rear, suggested retail value $3750. Contest winner will have choice of freehub option and decal color. Normal lead times at end of entry time apply. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. The Sponsor, ENVE Composites, will cover appliable taxes/VAT and shipping costs.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 14 calendar days of the end of the Entry Period. Winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, for up to a single year from time of end of entry period.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, find full ENVE Privacy Policy here.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor will publish any cancellation, suspension of contest, or modification through its Giveaway Page.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
