Ace In The Hole
Grodeo’s first section of dirt is just enough to whet your appetite for what’s to come later in the day. The two miles of twisting singletrack along the shore of Pineview Reservoir is a hidden gem that will warm up your legs and sharpen your skills.
Gun Smoke Grind
If the 8% gradient doesn’t challenge you, the rocks and ruts surely will. On top of that, a little gunfire from the range below will surely test your nerves. But, once on top, the view is well worth the grind, and you’ll be treated to a reprieve in the form of the first feed zone.
Pushing Up Daisies
If you think underbiking is fun, then you’re going to love this section of dirt that’s riddled with rocks and undulating terrain. The aspens, wildflowers, and lack of anyone other than your Grodeo peers make this a favorite part of the course. It will also mark the high point of the day at nearly 7,000 in elevation. Get through this section cleanly, and you’re a Grodeo natural. Did we mention it’s also home to the first Strava-timed segment?

Coffee Boiler
After a rollercoaster of a ride to start this descent, the road then opens up into a valley where the limits of speed lie within your gravel prowess. This is the 2nd Strava-timed segment, so give it a go or use this opportunity to enjoy not having to pedal.

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly
This 9-mile climb starts out gentle enough, but the good then turns to the bad before things get really ugly as the day’s toil will be hard to hide on this 1,500-foot brute. Fortunately, we’ll be treated to feed zone 3 at the summit, where we can take a load off and enjoy some treats as the posse comes back together.

Yellowbelly
Your reward for all the wood chopped in getting to this point is a flowy singletrack under a dense canopy of trees. Of course, you’ll need to stay on your toes to navigate the rock garden mid-descent before the nine switchbacks in the final mile are seared into your memory like a branding iron on a cowhide.

This June, we invite you to join us for two days in Ogden, Utah, to celebrate artisan bike builders, their bespoke creations, and a gravel adventure in our own backyard known as the Grodeo.
The ENVE Grodeo will be held on June 25th and 26th and feature the Builder Round-Up open house on Friday where more than 30 of the most renowned custom builders will be displaying their latest works of art. Few opportunities exist to meet the builders of such exquisite handcrafted bicycles, and we’re opening our doors so you can help us celebrate their artistry. We’ll be serving up a good time with live music, food, drink, and the opportunity to test your skills on ENVE’s Ogden Trackline Gravel TT.
On Saturday, the Grodeo will showcase our favorite roads and trails through the Northern Wasatch Mountains with picturesque views and challenges that will push you and your equipment to new levels. We’ll play tour guide showing you our backyard and the very proving grounds for some of your favorite ENVE products. The 92-mile ride isn’t for the faint of heart, or those light on fitness – it’s guaranteed to be a riding experience that will test you in every way. ENVE sits directly on top of where the Ogden stockyards once prospered a century ago. Those stockyards influenced the area’s rodeo heritage, which is where the Grodeo name is born from. Be assured though, this ain’t no 8 second ride.

This year’s Builder Round-Up will feature more than 30 bespoke road, gravel and mountain bikes made of steel, titanium and carbon, created by talented frame builders from around the world. Be sure to check out all the builds in detail at ENVE HQ on Friday where many of the builders will be present.
