What Is Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement?

Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement is an additional support program for original ENVE owners that provides discounted replacement options when accidental damage occurs that is not covered under the ENVE Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Coverage begins from the original date of purchase.
Product registration is recommended but not required.

This program is not for sale and does not require enrollment.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Be the original owner of the ENVE product
  • Provide valid proof of purchase from an authorized ENVE dealer or ENVE.com
  • Have the product’s serial number(s) available
  • Product registration is recommended to help streamline support

What’s Not Covered

  • Accessories
  • Apparel
  • Soft goods
  • Consumable wear items such as:
    Brake tracks, brake pads, tires, inner tubes, bar end plugs, bar tape, tubeless tape, decals, bearings, hub internals, spokes, freehub bodies, hub end caps, bolts, TT arm pads, etc.
  • Cosmetic paint damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or intentional acts
  • Products submitted to insurance claims

Replacement Pricing Overview

Replacement eligibility is based on your original purchase date and does not reset.

  • Rims & Components
    • 0–3 years: No-charge replacement
    • After 3 years: Prorated discount
  • Frames
    • Prorated discount begins from day one

Shipping, labor, and small parts are not included.

Shipping & Labor

Customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs
  • Labor charges
  • Any required small parts (e.g., spokes, rebuild kits)
