Limited Lifetime Warranty FAQ

What if I don’t have my receipt?

You may contact the retailer where you made your purchase. ENVE retains records of product shipments and may be able to confirm your original purchase. If verified, the warranty claim may still be honored at ENVE’s discretion.

Does the Limited Lifetime Warranty apply to subsequent owners?

Yes. Coverage for subsequent owners begins from the date of manufacture based on the product’s serial number.
If the product was replaced under warranty for the original owner, coverage is still based on the original product’s manufacture date — not the replacement product.

Are used sponsorship or demo products covered?

Yes. Demo products or products purchased from ENVE-sponsored athletes are considered used. Coverage follows the subsequent owner policy and is based on the product’s manufacture date.

What if my product is discontinued or no longer in production?

If your warranty claim is approved and the original product is unavailable, ENVE will provide a comparable replacement or upgrade at its discretion.

What is not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or inadequate maintenance

Who covers labor costs?

Labor is not included under the Limited Lifetime Warranty or Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement, except in special cases at ENVE’s discretion.

  • Crash Replacement = Parts only

Labor costs are the responsibility of the customer or dealer.

Can my replacement product be sent before proof of destruction?

No. ENVE must confirm that the damaged product is no longer rideable and has been removed from circulation before issuing a replacement.

Is product registration required for warranty service?

No. Registration is not required, but it can help if you ever lose your receipt or product information.

Was there a different warranty before 2026?
